SDGs in Action

The SDG Actions are innovative projects developed by the MOC-LLAB team, as part of our Toolkit, promoting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals in southern California and the Baja California Mexico region.

The SDG Actions are case study partnerships – between institutions with shared interests but who otherwise would not connect, or be able to do so as easily is at the heart of the MOC-LLAB. These partnerships will pioneer new methods, derive new insights, build new infrastructure, and develop policies with the aim of facilitating better decisions that lead to better lives. Like many networks, the majority of these interactions have sometimes taken place behind closed doors, physical, and virtual. This leads to less recognition of this important work and sometimes duplication of efforts.

The SDG Actions section offers a platform to represent the activities of its members and for burgeoning data collaboratives to attract input, resources, and partners, while offering regular updates about progress.
