International One Health Conference 2022. A systemic approach to managing urban and natural resources was held at the University of Catania. The One Health Conference focuses on a systemic approach to manage urban and natural resources. The event is an online-hybrid conference of 2 days to share and debate on experiences of systemic approaches to One Health and to possible envisions for a better systemic approach to managing urban and natural resources. The One Health Conference aims to activate synergic dialogues among disciplinary research fields and action domains among researchers, experts and students. The One health conceptual framework and the possible contribution from the One Health approach in the urban resilience capacities enhancement will be the core of the congress dialogues.

The Metabolism of Cities Living Lab researchers Fernandez Gabriela, Maione Carol, Yang Harrison, Zaballa Karenina, Bonnici Norbert, Carter Jarai, Tsou Ming-Hsiang presented research on “Covid-19 societal effects and perceptions: The case study of Italy” and Maione Carol presented a “Standard Operating Procedure for the Analysis of Microplastics in Larval Fish Diets” at the One Health International Conference at the University of Catania, in Catania, Italy.
