UN Climate Change Pre-COP 26 #All4Climate Italy: Youth4Climate
The Metabolism of Cities Living Lab and the United Nations Environmental Program – Major Group for Children and Youth – Microplastics and Marine Litter Working Group organized ahead of COP26 a youth summit event of interactive meetings addressed to young people around the world. Through a partnership with Hubzine Italia, Citta Studi Campus Sostenibile, Politecnico di Milano, and #All 4 Climate Italy.
Environmental Education Activity: Recycling Concert at the Preuss School at UCSD and Tri-M Music Honor Society
A Recycling Concert and Global Goals workshop was developed by the Metabolism of Cities Living Lab and Politecnico di Milano at the Preuss School at UCSD, a unique charter middle and high school for low-income scholars who strive to become the first in their families to graduate from college and the Tri-M Music Honor Society on April 26, 2022.
Urban Metabolism and Minority Pulse Campaign
The Urban Metabolism and Minority Pulse Campaign -7 tailor-based educational toolkits were developed for underrepresented populations on the topics of climate adaptation, urban metabolism, civic engagement, sustainability, and climate change using citizen science methods.
